- Paradigm Assets LLC’s debt-buying subsidiaries are data furnishers and provide information to the credit reporting agencies. If an account is eligible to be reported, either JHPDE Finance I, LLC or Paradigm Assets Recovery LLC, respectively, may report it to the credit reporting agencies. The entity that owns the account is the name that will show up on credit reports as the current creditor.
- If you pay your account in full or resolve the account for less than the full balance, we will request a deletion of its credit report tradeline on or about 30 days from the date the final payment is posted to the account. We expect, but cannot guarantee, that the credit reporting agencies will update this information accordingly. For more information about your credit report, please contact the credit bureaus.
